About our Clients
Based in Falmouth, our clients are sourcing an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to work alongside the Nursery Manager you will support in the day to day running of the setting, together with ensuring the teams in the rooms are delivering the highest possible early years education. Working a 40 hr week, our clients are offering a generous salary c£31k plus, depending on experience, together with fantastic benefits.
Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 yearsâ experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting.
Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting

Confident leader, able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
