Kiddie Capers Little Hassocks is a specialist under 2’s unit on Keymer Road, designed to provide the highest level of care in a purpose-built environment. The Nursery features age-appropriate equipment, a dedicated sleep room, a dining area, and a spacious open-plan playroom catering to all areas of early learning. A specially designed soft play and physical development room supports our youngest children in developing their confidence in balance, walking, running, and climbing in a safe and stimulating setting.


As a Nursery Assistant, you will support the nursery team in providing high-quality care and early education for young children. Working alongside experienced staff, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You will assist in following the EYFS framework to support children’s individual development and contribute to building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Hours & Salary
  • 40 hours, Monday-Friday
  • £8.00-£12.71 per hour (depending on age)

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An interest or passion for childcare/early years development
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Salary range

  • GPB 8 - GPB 12.71 per hour
