We're recruiting Support Workers on behalf of one of the UK’s largest independent providers in neuro and mental healthcare.

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team and provide one-to-one support for a friendly gentleman living independently with his cat in Liskeard. We are seeking someone patient, calm, and confident in providing consistent, person-centred support. Every shift is a chance to bring positivity, stability, and confidence to his day.

As a Support Worker we can offer you:

• 9am to 7pm - Thursday & Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Days
• Pay rates up to £14.00 per hour
• 24/7 support from our branch team

As a Support Worker, you must:

• You must be 25 or over to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
• You must have over 6 month's UK based care expereince.
• A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

The duties of a Support Wortker include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
