Meet Our Client

We are expanding our services in Retford and are looking for compassionate and dedicated Live-In Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a lady in her own home.

In this role, you will provide daily support and companionship, assisting with personal care, daily routines, meals, mobility, and household tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. You will also offer reassurance and encourage activities that promote independence and wellbeing.

This live-in position is offered on a flexible rota, with options of 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, providing consistent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals passionate about delivering dignified, person-centred care and helping someone live safely and independently at home.

What You'll Need
  • 3 months' care experience
  • Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
  • Clear communication skills
