The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Must hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare or above.
Experience: Proven track record in early years settings.
Passion: A committed, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
Skills: Expertise in planning engaging, child-led activities.
Inclusivity: Strong knowledge of SEND and adaptive teaching is highly desired.
