Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Caterham for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional to join a supportive nursery team and make a positive impact on children's learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and education, supporting children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will help create a stimulating and inclusive environment while working closely with colleagues and parents to ensure every child receives the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare procedures are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain outstanding standards of care and education.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• 2–3 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach to childcare.
• Right to work in the UK.
