SUMMARY
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to begin a career in childcare as an Early Years Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive nursery environment while working towards a recognised qualification. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
Assisting with daily routines, including meal preparation, snacks, and maintaining a clean environment
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
Ensuring health, safety, and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Supporting day-to-day operations
Working alongside experienced staff
Participating in ongoing training and development
TRAINING
During your apprenticeship, you will:
Receive regular training from Excellence Solutions Limited
Complete at least 20% off-the-job training
Study the Early Years Practitioner/ Educator apprenticeship
Gain hands-on experience in a real working environment
REQUIREMENTS
