What You Will Do:
- Support young individuals in developing and maintaining independence in daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Organise engaging and fun social activities that promote personal growth and community involvement.
- Accompany individuals to health appointments, ensuring that they access necessary medical services and support.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centred care.
- Manage and respond to evolving situations with a calm and adaptable approach, particularly in managing behaviours of concern.
- Communicate effectively using British Sign Language to ensure clear and supportive interactions.
