What you will do:
- Provide holistic support and interventions for individuals with substance misuse issues, focusing on homelessness, drug, and alcohol concerns.
- Conduct assessments to understand the specific needs and circumstances of those you are supporting.
- Develop care plans tailored to each individual's recovery journey, ensuring a client-centred approach.
- Collaborate with local agencies and services to provide comprehensive support and facilitate access to other resources.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and protocols.
- Offer harm reduction advice and needle exchange services to promote safe practices.
- Support clients in accessing treatment and rehabilitation services to aid in their recovery process.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you will need recent experience in substance misuse, substance abuse, addiction, drug and alcohol, needle exchange, or recovery fields. Relevant qualifications or certifications are essential. Previous experience with drug and alcohol work is a must, and familiarity with SystmOne would be advantageous.
