Location: Rotherham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year + bonus structure Hours:
Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a small residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a warm, supportive environment.
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, positive home for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of a small residential service
Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team
Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
Manage staffing, rotas, training and supervision
Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals
Maintain accurate records, care plans and audits
Promote a positive, empowering environment for residents
Requirements
Holds, or currently working towards, Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management (essential)
Previous experience managing or supervising within a Learning Disability/Autism setting
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering person‑centred care
