£45,000 per annum | 40 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to join a well‑established 40‑bedded residential care home located in Shipley. We are seeking a confident, motivated and compassionate leader with a strong background in adult social care.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care, driving positive outcomes for residents, and leading a dedicated team to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of the residential home
Ensure high standards of care, safety and compliance
Lead, support and develop staff teams
Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families and external professionals
Manage budgets, audits and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement across the service
Requirements
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or RGN qualification
Proven experience working as a Home Manager
Background in a residential or nursing home setting
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to work 40 hours per week, including some weekend cover
