Are you an experienced and passionate Home Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are recruiting for a dynamic and dedicated Home Manager to lead a specialist Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism nursing service located in Birmingham (B13).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established provider and take responsibility for a 30+ bedded home supporting adults with complex needs and mental health conditions.

About the Role

• Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the home

• Ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and governance

• Leading, developing, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team

• Overseeing CQC standards, audits, and quality improvement

• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Driving a positive, person‑centred culture within the service

• Managing budgets, staffing, and operational performance

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Home Manager (residential or nursing background)

• Strong understanding of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism

• Proven track record of leading successful care teams

• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations

• Confident, compassionate, and committed to high‑quality care

• Ability to manage complex needs and drive service improvement
