About the Role
A well‑established residential care home in Nottingham is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a multi‑need service supporting older adults, individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the day‑to‑day management of the residential home
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
Managing and supporting staff teams across all departments
Overseeing care planning, assessments and safeguarding processes
Maintaining high standards of care for up to 42+ service users
Driving continuous improvement and service development
Requirements
Experience managing a residential care service
Strong knowledge of Older Persons Care, Dementia, LD/Autism and Mental Health
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to ensure compliance, safety and high‑quality care delivery
Relevant management or care qualification (Level 5 preferred)
