Bristol Residential Care are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead their well‑established 30+ bed residential service. About the Role
Lead the day‑to‑day running of the residential home
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards
Manage, support and develop staff teams
Oversee care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance
Maintain high occupancy and positive relationships with families and professionals
Drive a culture of compassion, safety and excellence
Requirements
Registered Home Manager experience (essential)
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Proven leadership and team‑management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Passion for delivering outstanding care
