This is a fantastic opportunity to take an already Good-rated home to Outstanding.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership and management of the day-to-day operations of the home.Ensure high standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations and person-centred planning.Lead, mentor, and develop a stable staff team, promoting best practice at all times.Maintain excellent relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals.Oversee safeguarding, compliance, audits, staffing, and financial responsibilities.Drive continuous improvement and support the home's journey from Good to Outstanding.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting.Strong knowledge of CQC standards and relevant
