French Teacher - Nursery in Crouch Hill

We have a position for a French Teacher for Early Years in our nursery in Crouch Hill. 👦👧

This is a permanent position, full-time 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 📆

Salary and holiday - from £25,115 onwards, depending on Qualification and experience
If you are not qualified in Early Years, we will support your studies. 🎓

French Teacher Role

  • Teaching French through play and activities to the children.

  • Assisting with all daily routines, supervising the children in their daily activities, helping to organise and prepare activities and materials

  • Supporting the children with their personal care routines.

  • Supporting the Key Person with duties that must be carried out throughout the day.

Desirable Experience

  • at least one year experience in childcare, prefereble in a nursery setting.

Required Skills:

  • French as first language

  • Professional spoken and written English

  • Great people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with parents

  • Competent IT skills (Word, email)

  • Confidence to put into practice what you know

  • Great listening skills

  • Problem-solving & a positive can-do attitude

  • Resilient (strong) yet also caring and great empathy

  • Able to take constructive criticism

  • Able to be self-reflective to improve constantly

Study Requirement
*Unqualified candidates will be required to undertake an Early Years qualification recognised by OFSTED (Level 3) after successfull probation period. We will pay for this qualification.
