You will play a key role in delivering practical, emotional, and developmental support to carers and children, helping families build stability and resilience.

What you will do

  • Provide intensive one-to-one support to kinship carers through the Kinship Connected delivery model for up to six months.

  • Facilitate support groups, both face-to-face and virtually, creating safe and inclusive spaces for carers.

  • Liaise with local authorities, schools, and partner organisations to arrange specialist support and training.

  • Coordinate and deliver the Ready Programme, supporting carers to attend workshops and access relevant services.
