What you will do

  • Provide direct, practical, and emotional support to children and families with a range of needs.

  • Deliver tailored interventions that promote wellbeing, safety, and positive outcomes for families.

  • Work collaboratively within Social Services to support children and families effectively.

  • Liaise with schools, community hubs, and partner agencies to coordinate holistic support.

  • Implement, review, and monitor care and support plans in response to changing family circumstances.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualified IDVA.

  • Experience working within Social Care settings.

  • Experience working with men.
