What you will do:

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of a new Family Group Conferencing (FGC) offer in Slough.

• Recruit, manage, and support a team of Family Group Conference Coordinators to deliver excellent services.

• Advocate for family involvement and champion the rights of children within Children's Services and across key partnerships.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align the FGC offer with community needs, best practices, and legal requirements.

• Engage with families, ensuring their voices are part of decision-making processes and empowering them through supportive interventions.
