Your Role

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will support children aged 2–5 in developing communication, confidence, independence and curiosity.

  • Lead creative, sensory and exploratory learning activities
  • Build strong attachments that support emotional wellbeing
  • Support children with SEN, communication needs and emerging developmental delays
  • Set up and enhance high-quality learning environments
  • Deliver small-group activities focused on early language, storytelling, fine motor skills and imagination
  • Carry out detailed observations and contribute to learning documentation
  • Ensure a high standard of safeguarding and care
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and early years specialists
  • Experience in nursery or reception settings
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development
  • Passionate about creative, child-centred learning
  • Excellent communicator, proactive and reflective
