We're looking for an Estates Administrator to join our Estates team based at London Bridge Hospital. The team plays a vital role in ensuring our facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards. Supporting the day-to-day running of the estate, they work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams as well as external contractors to maintain high-quality environments across our sites. This role is central to keeping the function organised, responsive, and effective, ensuring that essential works and services are delivered seamlessly.
As an Estates Administrator, you'll provide critical administrative support to the Estates Team Leader and Chief Engineer, helping to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of facilities services. The position offers great variety, from managing helpdesk requests to liaising with contractors and maintaining essential records. With significant exposure across departments and stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a team that underpins the delivery of outstanding patient care.

What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates & Facilities team
- Act as the main point of contact for the facilities helpdesk, managing queries via phone and email
- Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal teams and external contractors
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative systems
- Raise, process, and track purchase orders
- Previous Estates Admin experience within a hospital setting is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and a strong standard of work presentation
