Dual Registered Manager (OFSTED)

Location: Warrington (WA2 and WA1)

Salary: £55k increasing to £60k when the second home opens, but bonuses increase package to £75k

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two Ofsted-regulated children's homes in Warrington. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role from the outset of the registration process. One home is ready to open immediately, with the second scheduled to launch later this year, offering the chance to shape both services from the ground up.

Your Role: Lead, Inspire, and Transform

  • Leadership: Guide and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care.
  • Therapeutic Focus: Provide and oversee therapeutic interventions that promote healing and growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth running of the home, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bring at least three years' solid experience within a residential children's home environment, including EBD settings
  • Have leadership experience at Deputy Manager or Registered Manager level
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or be working towards completion
  • Demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to make confident, well-informed decisions
  • Be capable of managing competing priorities across two homes effectively
  • Be committed to trauma-informed, child-centred practice and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for children

Please note that right to work in the UK and a full, valid UK driving licence is essential for the role
