Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a small team of social workers engaged in high‑cost care package reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory adult social care legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Drive improvements in service delivery and outcomes.
• Foster productive relationships with internal teams, partner agencies, and stakeholders.

Requirements / Candidate Criteria
