Up to £39,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | All Year Round
Are you an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity within a forward-thinking nursery that places children, learning, and innovation at the heart of everything it does?

Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you'll help lead an enthusiastic team, inspire outstanding practice, and ensure children receive exceptional care and education every day.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Previous experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia approaches would be advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Passion for delivering exceptional early years education

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day leadership and operation of the nursery
- Lead, motivate, and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Promote high-quality teaching inspired by the EYFS, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia approaches
- Ensure each room delivers engaging learning experiences tailored to children's individual stages of development
- Encourage meaningful outdoor learning by making full use of the nursery's beautiful garden
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence
