DEPUTY NURSERY MANAGER – TERM TIME ONLY

📍 Woodford Green / Barking, East London

Hours: 30 hours per week,Term Term only

(some flexibility may be considered for an exceptional Csndidate)

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

£15.00 - £16.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay (depending on experience)

SpectacularKidz is looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our growing Early Years team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy, Third in Charge, Senior Practitioner or strong Room Leader who is ready to take the next step into nursery leadership.

We are looking for someone who:

✅ Holds a FULL & RELEVANT Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

✅ Has strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements

✅ Has experience supervising or leading an Early Years team, ideally as a Room Leader, Third In Charge, Deputy or equivalent

✅ Is organised, reliable and confident communicating with staff and parents

✅ Can support staff performance, daily operations, ratios and quality of practice

✅ Is ambitious and interested in progressing within Early Years management

Previous Deputy Manager experience is desirable, but we would also love to hear from an exceptional Room Leader, Senior Practitioner or Third in Charge who is ready for management.

🚫 Please only apply if you hold a recognised Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) and have experience working within an EYFS setting.
