Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in a high-quality care environment?
We are working with a well-established, family-run elderly care provider based in Surrey, known for delivering compassionate, person-centred care within a warm and welcoming residential setting. The leadership team is hands-on, supportive, and values openness, professionalism, and continuous improvement. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team engagement. You will play a key role in leading and supporting the care and activities teams, while also being prepared to take full operational responsibility in the absence of the Registered Manager.
