Description
Udal Garth is looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.
Udal Garth is located in Torpoint, Cornwall. They offer residential support for eight autistic males and females. Our home is on a quiet street, near the town centre.
The team are dedicated to working with the people they care for, understanding and empathising with their needs. They also want to ensure their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs are met.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residentsYou can find additional information in the attached job description.

Previous experience as a team leader or deputy in a care setting is essential.
