Are you ready to be part of a transformative new service that's redefining mental health care? We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
We're excited to launch a 26-bed nurse-led residential service designed to support adults with enduring mental health conditions who no longer require hospital-level care. Located within the serene grounds of Burton Park, this innovative model offers a safe, therapeutic, and homely environment with 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitative support.

What you'll be doing
As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Working as Senior Nurse ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families and visitors.
- Appling relevant policies and statutory requirements within framework of governance and communicates requirements to the wider team.
- Ensuring that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment and that statutory requirements are met.
- Respect and apply the requirements of diversity and inclusion, promoting and role modelling these across the team.
