Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to 55,000 + 20,000 bonus
Hours: 8:00-16:00, Mon-Fri + on-call weekends

- RMN/RGN/RN Manager qualification
- Proven senior care experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
