Bluebird Care Mid Essex is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our Outstanding-rated domiciliary care service.

We are investing heavily in leadership, professional structure and sustainable growth, and we are looking for a Registered Manager who can lead from the front while building the operational structure that supports outstanding care.
This role may suit an experienced Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into their first registration.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and compliance of the service.
You will work closely with the wider leadership team to ensure the service continues to deliver outstanding care while developing strong operational structure for future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting a team of care professionals
Maintaining and improving CQC compliance and quality standards
Ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery
Supporting recruitment, retention and staff development
Managing operational performance and service growth
Building strong relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals
Creating a positive, professional and values-led team culture
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and confident leader who combines strong people leadership with operational discipline.
You will ideally have:
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
The ability to lead teams while implementing structure and consistency
A passion for delivering outstanding customer care
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Location
This role covers the Mid Essex territory including Maldon, Chelmsford and Billericay.
Regular travel across the territory is required, therefore a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
