Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans for young people with complex mental health needs
- Work closely with families, external agencies, and the wider care team to ensure holistic and collaborative care
- Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives
- Participate in relevant clinical meetings, audits, and training
- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (or eligibility)
- CCT or equivalent in CAMHS Psychiatry
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Competitive salary of up to 180,000 per annum
