Care Assistants - Complex Care Team in West Kent

Location: Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Paddock Wood and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time or Part-time | 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights available)


Superior Healthcare is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our Complex Care team in West Kent.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll work with one client per shift, building strong and meaningful relationships while providing essential, person-centered care.

Your duties may include:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • PEG feeding
  • Ventilator support
  • Personal care and daily living assistance
You'll enjoy a fixed rota for consistency and the option to pick up additional shifts for extra hours.

Responsibilities
  • To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
  • To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
  • To provide clinical support to the clients individual needs, Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, Personal care and daily living assistance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in complex care is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car
  • 6 month UK care experience
  • A compassionate, reliable, and person-focused approach
  • Enhanced DBS check and professional references required
