Your Role
You'll be providing thoughtful, specialist support, including:
• Personal care and mobility support
• Assisting with key clinical tasks
• Keeping her calm, comfortable, and reassured
• Supporting her during school attendance with a 2:1 staffing team
Every shift helps her feel secure, supported, and able to enjoy her daily routine.
⭐ What You Need
To deliver safe, high-quality care, you must have experience with:
• Enteral feeding
• Tracheostomy care
• Oxygen therapy
And bring:
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Confidence supporting individuals with complex needs
• Reliability and strong teamwork skills
