- Days: 08:00 - 20:00
- Waking Nights: 20:00 - 8:00

Responsibilities
- To communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
- To follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
- To prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
- To provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, seizure management and PEG feeding.
- Drivers are not essential, but preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
- Full Right to Work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
