We are recruiting a Community Complex Support Worker to support for a young male in Tunbridge Wells with complex epilepsy and developmental delay. Our client is non-verbal and requires support with enteral feeding and medication, oral suctioning, hoisting, and personal care. His needs also include motor disorder, reflux and visual impairment. The ideal carer will be calm, gentle, and experienced in complex care.
How we'll support you:
Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.

Twilight 5:00pm-9:00pm (paid for 5 hours), Day 7:00am-5:00pm, Waking Night 8:00pm-8:00am.
Pay rates £14.00 - £17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
- To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
- To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- To be calm, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
- To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
- Minimum 6 months UK based care experience.
- Experience supporting individuals with Epilepsy.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Full Right to work in the UK.
- Choice of day, night and weekend shifts
