Residential Home Manager - From £80,000 per annumLocation: Near Hythe, Kent Care Categories: Dementia | Residential | Short StaysWe're recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, purpose-built care home in Kent.

From registration and staff recruitment to embedding care systems and creating a positive team culture, you'll be at the centre of building a safe, welcoming and well-run service.You'll be supported by a wider regional team but expected to lead confidently and independently - with quality care, compliance, and resident experience always at the heart of your approach.Key ResponsibilitiesFull commissioning of the home: CQC registration, staff hiring, and service launchLead the care, support and administrative teams with clarity and purposeOversee person-centred dementia care tailored to each residentMaintain strong compliance and readiness for inspectionBuild positive links with families, the local community, and professionalsManage occupancy, referrals, staffing, and budgets with a commercial mindsetAbout YouProven experience as a Registered Manager in residential or nursing careBackground in dementia-focused services strongly preferredPrevious commissioning or large-team leadership is a real assetUp-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and best practiceLevel 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)A calm, approachable leader with genuine passion for quality care To apply email up to date cv's to
