Our client is an energetic 6-year-old boy who lives in his family home in Rye, a short distance from Hastings.

The ideal candidate has previous experience of working with children with cerebral palsy and epilepsy.

Shifts:

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
  • Waking Nights: 8pm - 8am.
Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.

Requirements:
  • Previous care experience involving personal care.
  • A driving license is not essential, but preferred.
  • A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week.
  • You must be based in the UK to apply for this role - we do not offer VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
  • To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
  • To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
  • Experience with PEG feeds and medication administration.
  • To be calm, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
  • To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months UK based care experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Full Right to work in the UK.
