Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Children's Complex Care Support Worker to join our team, supporting a vibrant boy with complex medical needs in his home.

About Our Client

Our client is a bright, energetic child who:

• Loves trains, cars and anything that moves!
• Live at home with his family and two pet dogs
• Values being listened to and understood

He lives at home and enjoys going to school our team support him over night with complex medical needs, including:

• Cerebral Palsy
• Epilepsy
• Minimal verbalization

Shifts

19:00 - 7:00 Thursday

Clinical support requirements include:

• Seizure Management
• PEG
• Medications

Candidate Preferences

Our client prefers someone who is:

• Female
• A clear communicator
• Experienced in PEG and paediatric care
• A driver
• Chatty, empathetic, and willing to learn about his conditions

Responsibilities

• Administer feed via PEG
• Recognise signs of deterioration and respond appropriately
• Be patient, chatty, and understanding of his needs

Requirements

• PEG and paediatric experience
• Enhanced DBS check
• Three years' continuous referencing
• Driving licence
