Children's Complex Care Assistant - Crawley

At Superior Healthcare, we support children, young people, and adults with complex health needs to live safely and happily at home.

We're now looking for a Children's Complex Care Assistant to support a young boy living in his family home in Crawley.

If you're passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

You'll provide one-to-one support, helping this young boy live well at home while ensuring his clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Seizure management
  • Ventilation support
  • Manual handling
  • Administering medication
  • Interact and play with client
This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with children who have complex needs.

Shifts
  • Waking Nights
Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.

What You Need
  • Previous experience involving personal care
  • UK-based applicants only (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • A driving license is helpful but not essential

Responsibilities
  • To communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
  • To follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
  • To prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
  • To provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, ventilation, and tube feeding.
Requirements
  • Clean UK driving license.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
