What You Will Do:

• Act as the key link between partner agencies, ensuring effective communication and coordinated safeguarding responses.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify risks and determine appropriate interventions for children in need or at risk.

• Work collaboratively with police, healthcare professionals, and other safeguarding partners to share information and devise protective strategies.

• Attend meetings, strategy discussions, and case conferences, providing expert input and recommendations.

• Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports and maintain accurate case records in line with statutory guidelines.

• Support and advise families through complex safeguarding processes, helping them access relevant resources and services.
