What you will do

Conference Coordination: Schedule, organise, and coordinate Child Protection Conferences and related safeguarding meetings.
Minute Taking: Accurately record and summarise complex discussions, decisions, and actions from meetings using a laptop.
Documentation: Prepare and distribute high-quality minutes and reports within agreed timescales.
Information Management: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Communication: Liaise effectively with social workers, managers, partner agencies, and other stakeholders.
Administrative Support: Ensure all meeting documentation is prepared, circulated, and stored appropriately.
IT Systems: Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other systems to manage workloads and maintain records efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Ensure reports and records meet required standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
Flexible Attendance: Attend office locations and conference venues across Cardiff when required.
