Team Leader - Dementia Residential Care

Location: London SE6 Hours: 33‑hour contracts Pay: Up to £14 per hour

We are recruiting two experienced Team Leaders to join a well‑established Dementia Residential Care service in London SE6. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and supporting a dedicated staff team.

Vacancies

• 1 x Day Team Leader

• 1 x Night Team Leader

What you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting the care team on shift

• Ensuring high standards of dementia‑focused, person‑centred care

• Overseeing medication administration and care documentation

• Supporting new staff and promoting best practice

• Ensuring smooth running of the service and excellent communication

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in residential or dementia care

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Confidence in medication administration and care planning

• A compassionate, reliable and proactive approach
