Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the serviceLead, mentor, and manage care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred careOversee care planning, medication, and compliance with CQC standardsHelp build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionalsRequirements: Previous experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in a residential care settingStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for delivering high standards of careNVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 4) desirable This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Deputy Manager role in a supportive environment.
