Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing staff rotas to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery
  • Liaising with hospitals, GPs, social services and families to coordinate care
  • Conducting initial client assessments and regular care reviews
  • Participating in on-call duties and scheduled weekend coverage
  • Supporting compliance with care quality standards and internal procedures

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Previous experience within domiciliary care is essential, ideally within a coordination or scheduling role.

Skills

Strong IT skills, excellent organisational ability and a genuine passion for person-centred care.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
