What you will do:
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families with complex mental health needs.
- Offer clinical leadership and manage safeguarding escalations when needed.
- Support and supervise junior staff, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Deliver evidence-based CAMHS interventions tailored to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records and work in line with HCPC standards.
Requirements:
- HCPC Registration: Must hold HCPC registration with a core professional qualification in mental health, such as Clinical or Counselling Psychology, CBT Therapist, or UKCP/BACP registration.
- Specialist Training: Additional training in one or more specialised psychological therapies.
- Driving Licence: Must be a car driver to accommodate travel across Havering and surrounding areas.
