What you will do:

• Support discharges, screening, welfare calls, information gathering, and interface meetings to facilitate team throughput.
• Confidently manage local systems, including referrals to HTT, MHA, and step-down to wellbeing services.
• Work independently, offering face-to-face assessments and providing formulations with minimal supervision.
• Cover duty on specific days, demonstrating your experience in YAMHS and crisis work.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Must be a qualified mental health nurse or social worker with mental health experience.

Unfortunately, this role cannot be done remotely as it requires hands-on patient interaction and local system management.
