What You Will Do

• Provide dedicated support in a 24-hour residential home for adults with disabilities, ensuring consistency in care.

• Empower residents by assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and engaging with the local community.

• Implement the Active Support Model, focusing on helping residents achieve personal goals and maintain independence.

• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with residents, adapting support to each person's preferences regarding communication, sensory needs, and physical abilities.

• Take on key worker responsibilities, ensuring that residents' needs and goals are central to their care plan.
