We are looking for Band 3 Children's Residential Support Workers to join our dynamic team within Children's Residential Care. Offering initial 9-month contracts starting ASAP, this full-time agency position provides the chance to make a real impact in the lives of children with learning disabilities. With competitive pay rates of £23 per hour for days, £26 for nights and Saturdays, and £28 for Sundays and Bank Holidays, this role offers flexibility and great remuneration. As this role is outside IR35, you can choose to use your LTD company for payment.

What you will do:

- Provide essential support and care to children with learning disabilities within a 7-bedded home and in their own homes or local community
- Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, medication administration, and mobility support
- Maintain a homely environment and promote “Ordinary Life Principles,” ensuring the dignity and rights of children are respected
- Ensure the general wellbeing needs of the children are identified, met, and maintained through holistic assessment and support
- Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families, managing challenging behaviors with skill and care
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to deliver quality care
- Drive over to Guernsey with your car, providing flexibility and convenience for both work and personal travel
