Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join the dedicated AMHP Hub in Worcestershire, based at Wildwood.

This ongoing, full-time locum role offers an excellent hourly rate of £52.50 and the chance to work within a specialist, fully AMHP-qualified team that provides 24/7, 365-day statutory Mental Health Act coverage for the Local Authority.

You will act as the single point of contact for all Mental Health Act referral requests, playing a vital role in safeguarding adults and ensuring statutory duties are delivered efficiently and lawfully. The role offers a compressed working pattern of 37 hours across three long days, including standby shifts, supporting a strong work-life balance.
