What You Will Do

• Complete comprehensive social work assessments and develop robust safeguarding plans

• Work closely with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated and effective support

• Manage and prioritise a varied caseload based on risk and need

• Provide expert advice, guidance, and supervision to less experienced practitioners

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policy, and best practice
