What You Will Do:

• Support the Team Manager in developing best practices and maintaining high standards
• Lead on accreditation and quality improvement within the team
• Model innovative and systemic social work approaches
• Manage complex caseloads independently, delivering positive outcomes for children and families
• Mentor, coach, and supervise less experienced social workers
• Engage effectively with families in challenging situations
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and safeguarding standards
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote effective safeguarding
• Deliver training and support to enhance team performance
